My standard rate is $50 per hour.
There are a couple of ways we can work together:
- A la Carte Offering: In 3-hour chunks, good for one month from date of purchase.
- Retainer Packages: Available in 5 or 10-hour blocks, billed monthly for a minimum of three months. [Note: at this time, there is a waiting list for my monthly client slots. 3-hour packages are still available, so drop me a line asap if you need a hand.]
I accept payment via Paypal, check or cash. Packages are paid in full each month before we get to work. As always, feel free to contact me if you have specific questions.
You will always have access to a current log of my time so you know exactly how much is left. Also, I track my time in tenths of an hour. (This is a perk because not rounding up to the next quarter-hour means we can honor and fit as much awesome into our time together as possible.)
A la Carte Offering
These hours are billed upfront, we go over what you need, and I get to work. Easy peasy! Hours are good for one month from date of purchase and any additional time is billed at my hourly rate, $50/hour.
Per 3-hour chunk = $150
This is a good choice if:
- you only need a hand every now and then
- you have discrete tasks to move off your plate
- you’re unsure how many hours of partnership you’ll need.
Retainer Packages – Waiting List
I have a limited number of retainer packages available. Hours are billed automatically for a minimum of three months. Additional time is billed at my hourly rate, $50/hour. Unused time does not roll over from month to month.
5 hours = $250
10 hours = $500
This is a good choice if:
- we’re building a sustained partnership
- you need help with recurring tasks or projects
- you like to have regular, ongoing communication
Retainer packages include:
- A one-hour Get to Know You call. (This is on the house.) It’s an opportunity for me to get to know you, your business, and how I can help.
- Regular check-in/planning/strategy meetings. We will set aside weekly or biweekly calls totaling up to 1-2 hours per month (1 hour for 5-hour packages; 2 for 10-hour packages). These are billable meetings for planning, strategizing, and any problem-solving that requires both of our brains. They are also built-in accountability for both of us to make progress toward our goals.
